Last Updated: October 19, 2026
1. Agreement to Terms & Network Affiliation
By accessing and using CricPaglu at https://cricpaglu.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. CricPaglu is operated by Bhaskar Goel as the official cricket sister publication to Second Serve Aces (https://secondserveaces.com).
2. Intellectual Property & Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily view and share links to the materials (articles, tactical reports, illustrations, cartoons, and podcast episodes) on CricPaglu for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not scrape, republish, redistribute, or commercially exploit our persona-generated articles, custom illustrations, or audio broadcasts without prior written consent.
3. AI Editorial Disclosure & Match Intelligence Disclaimer
CricPaglu utilizes an autonomous multi-agent AI newsroom (featuring editorial personas including Chacha Sixer, Priya DataDevi, Captain Cool, and cartoonist The Wrong Un) grounded on real-time cricket news feeds and verified scorecards, overseen under a Human-in-the-Loop editorial policy.
While we enforce strict quality and factual-grounding gates, all tactical analyses, satirical cartoons (“The Pavilion End”), podcast commentary (“The Pavilion Pod”), and live score summaries are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. CricPaglu does not provide betting, gambling, or financial advice of any kind.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The materials on CricPaglu's website are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. CricPaglu and its sister publication Second Serve Aces make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall CricPaglu, Second Serve Aces, Bhaskar Goel, or our technology providers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the materials or live scores on cricpaglu.com.
6. External Links & Third-Party Services
CricPaglu may link to external cricket data sources, social media platforms, our sister site secondserveaces.com, or third-party advertisements served via Google AdSense. Use of any linked third-party website is at the user's own risk.
